OffSeason60
OffSeason60 is a high-energy, 60-minute program for YOUTH ATHLETES (12–18) focused on building strength, speed, and conditioning. Sessions blend high-intensity exercise with structured weight training in a supportive, motivating environment.
Led by certified, degreed trainers, participants safely push their limits while improving:
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Muscular endurance
- Total-body strength
- Athletic performance
Class Schedule (2x per week)
Monday & Wednesday | 3:45 pm– 4:45 pm OR
