    • Limit to one page
    • In addition to describing your motivations for doing a residency, clinical interests, etc., please speak specifically to your interest in residency training at a community hospital and the advantages it offers compared to other settings
  • Current Curriculum Vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Official transcript from all colleges of pharmacy attended
  • The applicant must possess a Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
  • Current or eligible for pharmacy licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • The applicant must participate in an interview

All applicants much be registered with the National Matching Service. Employment application will be required after match results are posted.
