To help your procedure process move smoothly, we kindly ask that you answer all phone calls coming from UNC Health Johnston and sign up for a My UNC Chart account as soon as your procedure is scheduled. Through My UNC Chart, you can fill out pre-registration forms, view test results, pay bills, and more.
Our team is ready to help your procedure run smoothly. When you are having a procedure at UNC Health Johnston, you may be scheduled for a pre-procedure testing appointment, or our team may conduct a pre-procedure phone call to collect information. Both processes are designed to make sure you are involved in your individualized plan of care.
