Every spring at UNC Health Johnston's Derby Day, we raise our glasses to the 800 medical staff members who make our community healthier through their compassion and dedication.
Beyond treating patients, many of our providers also help train third-year medical students from Campbell University’s School of Osteopathic Medicine. They go beyond having students simply observe—they actively involve them in patient care, helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world practice.
